About the Event

In this multi-disciplinary workshop, followed by *refreshments and canapes, Keitlin will take you through an exploration of the roots of a happy and meaningful life through mindfulness exercises, beautiful poetry, inspirational quotes, and cutting-edge science of positive psychology. 

You will engage with some of the most thought-provoking and practical exercises from the science of happiness, and discover how to apply these research-backed insights to your own wellbeing. 

This event is for anyone who wants to learn the mental habits and practices to take control of their subjective well-being.
