Our ability to find happiness is strongly tied to your positive well-being. But how do we pursue happiness effectively?
Come join us at ZENW2 for this multi-disciplinary workshop, blending mindfulness, beautiful poetry, and cutting-edge science of positive psychology, to explore the roots of a happy and meaningful life.
Keitlin will lead you through some of the most thought-provoking and practical exercises from the science of happiness, so you can learn how to apply these research-backed insights to your own wellbeing.
After the workshop, you will receive a digital copy of the handouts and an exercise pack to work on at your own pace.
