And science shows that happiness not only feels great but also predicts a longer life, better physical health, have better social relationships, and even a higher pay. Our ability to find happiness is strongly tied to our positive well-being. But how do we pursue happiness effectively?

Join us for this multi-disciplinary online workshop, blending mindfulness, beautiful poetry, and cutting-edge science of positive psychology, for an exploration of the roots of a happy and meaningful life. 

Keitlin will lead you through some of the most thought-provoking and practical exercises from the science of happiness, so you can learn how to apply these research-backed insights to your own wellbeing.
