In this time of crisis, whether personal or social, your ability to find happiness is strongly tied to your positive well-being. But how do we pursue happiness effectively?

Come join us for this multi-disciplinary online workshop, blending mindfulness, beautiful poetry, and cutting-edge science of positive psychology, you will explore the roots of a happy and meaningful life. You will engage with some of the most thought-provoking and practical exercises from the science of happiness, and discover how to apply these research-backed insights to your own wellbeing.
