What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership where you (the Client) and I both work together on achieving your goals and crafting the life you truly wish for. It is future-oriented; the purpose behind coaching is to help facilitate transformation by working with you to decide who you want to be, where you want to go, and how you are going to get there.
What is Human Potential Coaching?
Human Potential Coaching is a holistic, body-focused, and presence-centered coaching, with a deep dive into the worlds of human potential development and high-performance.
How does coaching work?
Coaching works by building growth-promoting relationships (through Presence, support, respect, Client-empowerment), eliciting motivation and increasing energy levels (the jet fuel for change), enhancing the likelihood of sustainable change (through positivity, resilience, reality-based optimism and self-efficacy), and facilitating the process of change (through perspective shifting, powerful conversations, goal setting, planning, accountability, reflection and feedback).
Where does coaching / workshop take place?
Coaching takes place primarily online via Zoom or similar video conferencing tools, or voice-only calls if preferred. I would also be happy to meet in person in London for the first session where logistically feasible.
What about confidentiality?
All discussions will be held as confidential, unless you are going to commit a crime, harm yourself, or someone else. Your story belongs to you and you, of course, have the right to tell anyone anything you want! In addition, I hold to the code of ethical practice established by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
What will I need to work with you?
I request that you aim to show up fully to the coaching and whole-heartedly commit to doing the work that needs to be done to achieve your best possible life. I would also ask that you create appropriate time, energy, space and resources necessary while we’re working together.
How long is a session? And how long will we work together?
I work with you to agree the frequency of the individual coaching sessions and length of the overall engagement. A typical session would last from 60 to 90 mins depending on the type of coaching package purchased. A typical consulting session or workshop lasts for half a day or longer depending on your requirements.
